Accommodation has been arranged in the Empires Hotel, Puri, which is the conference venue. We have negotiated special discounted rates for the conference participants, for the deluxe rooms with single or double occupancy. For those who opt for shared occupancy, if you have already decided on the participant with whom you are sharing accommodation, please mention the same during registration. The quoted rates are
- Single occupancy (per person per night):
- Rs. 6600/- + 12% (tax) (includes breakfast and dinner).
- Double occupancy (per person per night):
- Rs. 4000/- + 12% (tax) (includes breakfast and dinner).
We may be able to provide some financial support for accommodation to Indian early-career participants, who can apply for it during registration.
