Accommodation has been arranged in the Empires Hotel ( https://www.empireshotel.com/hotels/empires-hotel-puri/ ), Puri, which serves as the conference venue. We have negotiated special discounted rates for conference participants for the deluxe rooms with single or double occupancy. For those opting for shared occupancy, if you have already decided on the participant with whom you are sharing accommodation, please mention this during registration. The quoted rates are
- Single occupancy (per person per night):
- Rs. 6500/- + GST (tax) (includes breakfast and dinner; roughly 81 Euro including tax).
- Double occupancy (per person per night):
- Rs. 4000/- + GST (tax) (includes breakfast and dinner; roughly 50 Euro including tax).
We may be able to provide some financial support for accommodation to Indian early-career participants, who can apply for it during registration.
The accommodation cost for accompanying persons will be the same at Rs 4000/- + GST (tax) per person per night, inclusive of breakfast and dinner, for double occupancy.
