Activities

We have arranged the following two excursions on the afternoon of Wednesday, the 8th of October.

Excursion to the Konark Sun Temple:

Konark Sun Temple is a 13th-century CE Hindu Sun temple at Konark about 50 kilometers from the conference venue.

Excursion to the Chilika lake (Satapada):

Satapada is located in the northeast cape of Chilika Lake and the Bay of Bengal. It will be a coach ride of 52 km to reach Satapada from where we will take a boat. The famous Chilika dolphins may be seen at their natural best here. If luck favors, one can also see the flying fish. The boating will take roughly three hours.
