- Registration is free of cost.
- Local hospitality (accommodation and meals) will be covered by the organizers for all registered participants.
- We discourage registrations without abstracts. Please contact eqmsg_conf@niser.ac.in with the subject line "Registration without Abstract" to request if you must register without submitting an abstract. Please note that the organizers reserve the right to deny such registration requests.
- Due to the limited number of seats available in the workshop, we anticipate not being able to accommodate all registration requests. Preference will be given to PhD students, young researchers, early-career scientists, and researchers whose abstract aligns closely with the workshop themes.
